Regal Dania Pointe
This past year was a tough one for Regal fans in South Florida as three Regal theaters closed their doors forever. One of those theaters was the Regal Oakwood 18, which had been showing movies since 1995. But the writing was on the wall for Regal Oakwood when the massive Regal Dania Pointe opened in 2022.
Regal Dania Pointe offers theaters equipped with 4DX, RPX, and ScreenX systems in addition to three VIP theaters that feature luxury recliners, unlimited popcorn and soft drinks, and their own bar and lobby. The standard theaters come filled with red rockers, which are rather comfortable.
Though other Regals may be equipped with luxury recliners in every theater like Regal Magnolia Place or the departed Regal Oakwood, the various offerings of cinema formats make Regal Dania Pointe the premier South Florida Regal destination.
